Shipping policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We currently ship worldwide. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may require up to 3 business days for your tracking number to be activated. 

Canada: $10 CAD flat shipping rate or free over $100 CAD. Estimated delivery time is 1-8 business days. 

United States: $20 USD flat shipping rate or free shipping over $100 USD. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days. 

International: $30 CAD flat shipping rate. Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days. 

Please note we are currently unable to ship to: Russia, Palestinian Territories, Yemen, Nicaragua, Sudan, Somalia, Belarus, and Syria. Territories affected by postal service disruptions are subject to change and are beyond our control.

Prices listed on the site do not include taxes. Sales tax will be calculated based on shipping destination. Please note all orders outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees which are not calculated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
